1. Who We Are

KundliPath ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered Vedic Astrology platform that provides personalised astrological guidance, predictions, and chart analysis. The Service is operated by KundliPath (a sole proprietorship / private enterprise registered in India). 3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use paid features. Users between 13 and 17 years may access the Service only with explicit parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — including your name, email address, and birth details (date, time, and place of birth). Inaccurate birth data will directly affect the accuracy of astrological computations, for which KundliPath bears no responsibility.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@kundlipath.com upon any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have not notified us.

3.4 One Account Per User

You may register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated without notice.

4. Nature of the Service – Important Limitations

4.1 Not Professional Advice

The Guidance provided by KundliPath does not constitute and must not be treated as:

• Medical, psychological, or health advice
• Legal advice
• Financial, investment, or tax advice
• Career counselling

Always seek qualified professionals for decisions relating to health, law, finance, or other specialist domains.

4.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes

Astrology is an ancient system of symbolic interpretation. KundliPath makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or specific outcomes of any Guidance provided. Results may vary significantly between individuals.

4.3 AI-Assisted Computations

KundliPath combines classical Vedic Astrology algorithms with AI language models to interpret and present Guidance. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can produce errors. Users should exercise their own judgment when acting on any Guidance.

5. Subscriptions, Plans & Payments

5.1 Available Plans

KundliPath offers the following plans (pricing as displayed on the website, subject to change with notice):

• Free: 2 lifetime questions, no payment required
• Mini: 7 questions valid for 7 days – one-time purchase
• Premium: 150 questions per month – monthly subscription
• Premium Max: 450 questions per month – monthly subscription

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. KundliPath does not store your card or banking details. By completing a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

5.3 Subscription Renewal

Premium and Premium Max plans auto-renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder before renewal. To cancel, contact us at support@kundlipath.com or via account settings at least 3 days before your renewal date.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 15 days' advance notice to registered users via email. Existing subscribers will retain their current pricing until their next renewal cycle.

5.5 Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We comply with Indian GST regulations as applicable.

6. Free Tier

The Free tier grants 2 lifetime questions. Once these are used, no further free questions will be provided. The Free tier is intended as a trial experience and does not include all features available in paid plans.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Refunds are available if fewer than 10 questions have been used from the purchased plan.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Free tier purchases are not eligible for refunds.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use KundliPath to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other individual
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Submit false birth data to manipulate outputs
• Use automated bots to access the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. KundliPath collects and processes personal data (including name, email, and birth details) strictly as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy (available on request or as a separate document on our website) for full details.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on KundliPath — including text, graphics, logos, software, Guidance outputs, and data — is owned by or licensed to KundliPath and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. User-Submitted Content

When you submit questions, feedback, or other content ("User Content"), you grant KundliPath a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our algorithms. We will never publish your personal questions publicly without your consent. You retain ownership of your User Content.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

12.1 "As Is" Provision

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

KundliPath is not liable for any decisions made — financial, personal, medical, legal, or otherwise — based on Guidance received through the Service. You assume sole responsibility for how you use astrological information.

12.4 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KundliPath, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your User Content.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@kundlipath.com. Active subscription charges will not be refunded for the remaining billing period unless eligible under our Refund Policy.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we cease to operate the Service. In the event of termination without cause by us, we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused paid questions.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a competent court.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email (to registered users) and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the website at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Force Majeure

KundliPath shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, pandemics, or third-party service failures.

18. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KundliPath regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
