🕉️ At KundliPath, we stand behind the quality of our service. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund, ensuring complete transparency about your rights as a customer. We process all valid refund requests fairly and promptly.
1. Our Commitment to You
We want every KundliPath user to be satisfied with the guidance and experience they receive. If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to contact our support team first — we may be able to address your concern without a refund being necessary. Where a genuine concern exists and eligibility criteria are met, we will process your refund without hassle.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A refund request is eligible for consideration when all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You have used fewer than 10 questions from the purchased plan.
- The request is submitted via the official refund request form in the app or by email to refunds@kundlipath.com (or support@kundlipath.com).
- The reason provided is genuine (we reserve the right to request clarification).

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Request submitted after 7 calendar days from purchase
- More than 10 questions have been used from the plan
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions
- The user requests a refund citing displeasure with the nature of Vedic Astrology (not a service defect)
- Force majeure events or disruptions caused by third parties (internet outages, payment processor issues, etc.)
- Refund requested solely because the user forgot about the subscription renewal (except within the 7-day window)
- A refund has previously been issued for the same account in the prior 6 months
⚠️ Please note: KundliPath provides astrological guidance — not predictions guaranteed to materialise. Dissatisfaction with the content of an individual astrological reading, or because life events did not unfold as described, does not constitute a valid refund reason under consumer protection law when the service itself has been correctly delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Via App
- Log into your KundliPath account.
- Go to Account → Subscription → Request Refund.
- Enter your Order ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- Select the reason for your refund request from the dropdown.
- Submit. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
5.2 Via Email
Send an email to refunds@kundlipath.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Order ID]. Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or payment transaction reference
- Date of purchase
- Plan purchased
- Reason for the refund request
6. Refund Processing & Timeline
6.1 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet, as applicable). We do not transfer refunds to a different payment method or bank account.
6.2 Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. If eligible, the full amount paid for the plan will be refunded.
6.3 Bank Processing Delays
Once we initiate the refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account. This is beyond our control. If you have not received your refund after 12 business days from our confirmation, please contact us.
6.4 GST / Tax Refunds
Where applicable, the full amount including any taxes collected will be refunded. We will issue a credit note as required under applicable GST regulations.
7. Subscription Cancellation (Future Renewals)
Cancelling your subscription stops future automatic renewals. To cancel:
- Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription in the app, or
- Email support@kundlipath.com at least 3 business days before your next renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your plan until expiry. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — only a refund request within the 7-day window qualifies.
8. Failed Payments & Double Charges
8.1 Failed Transaction – Amount Deducted
If your bank has deducted an amount but your account was not upgraded (payment failed in our system), we will investigate and either manually activate your plan or initiate a full refund within 3 business days. Please email us immediately with your transaction reference number.
8.2 Accidental Double Charge
In the rare event of a double charge, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and process a full refund of the duplicate amount within 3 business days.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before raising a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Raising a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may result in:
- Temporary suspension of your account pending investigation
- Additional processing delays
We cooperate fully with all payment processor dispute resolution processes and will provide full documentation of transactions.
10. Goodwill Gestures & Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy — such as a serious medical emergency, bereavement, or other compelling reason — please email us explaining your situation. We will review such cases with compassion and respond within 3 business days. We may offer alternative remedies such as plan extension, question credits, or other accommodations at our discretion.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email and prominently displayed on our website at least 7 days before taking effect. The policy applicable at the time of your purchase will govern any refund request arising from that transaction.
12. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe your statutory rights are not being honoured, you may file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or via consumerhelpline.gov.in.
